This time last year, I was wearing shoes that didn't quite fit.
This time last year, I was beginning to walk the line of go and wait.
This time last year, I was taking lots of steps in faith.
And lots of no's were meeting me halfway.

This time last year, I was holding my breath.
This time last year, I wondered what the future held in store.
This time last year, I was learning to take risks
And fighting off fear with a living, breathing sword.
